*A Wowhead writer played a Druid with Wolves during one fight and it didn't bug in another fight with the same build, it did. For some reason, if a Druid or Necromancer re-summons a lost Minion during that fight (loses one during the fight and automatically resummons), the Curator goes under the platform and won't return*. The issue happens to Druids and Necromancers with summoned Minions. We have discovered both a workaround and a fix if it happens. Some players have had an issue with the boss disappearing part-way through the fight, never to return, leaving them unable to complete the dungeon and access World Tier 3. There is currently a bug with the Curator, the final boss in Cathedral of Light. After picking it up, the character will state something like ,"Now those are some big mushrooms" or "These mushrooms are quite enormous." This is a homage to the Black Mushroom quest in the original Diablo. This Diablo IV guide for the Cathedral of Light Dungeon in the Fractured Peaks zone includes the dungeon location, objectives, strategies, tips, and everything that you need to know to conquer the instance.įor a full list of all Fractured Peaks Dungeons, please see our Dungeon Overview: When the node it spawns from is clicked, you hear a male voice utter "whoa". The item will be in a patch of lightly glowing violet mushrooms, when the mushroom patch is clicked the patch will make a sound like an opening chest. Enemies should respawn, indicating the level has been reset, and you may find the mushroom. To do this, leave game, then click "Resume Game". The mushroom is rare and you may need to create new sessions multiple times before finding it. One way to farm for this is to load a later quest ( A Shattered Crown quest) in Act I and take the Cathedral Gardens Waypoint then proceed through Leoric's Passage to Cathedral Level 1. It can be found on Level 1 in the Cathedral (Normal difficulty). The Black Mushroom is an item used to craft the Staff of Herding, which can be used to gain access to Whimsyshire.
